As a procurement agent your responsibilities will include sourcing a nd purchasing machinery, equipment, tools, raw material, packaging materials, parts, services, and/or supplies necessary for operation of an organization.

Compile and analyze statistical data to determine feasibility of buying products and to establish price objectives.

Build relationships with suppliers and analyze supplier’s operations to determine factors that affect prices and determines lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability, and ability to meet required schedules.

You will send out requests for proposals and review, analyze and negotiates prices, select or recommend suppliers, analyzes trends, follows up on orders placed, verify delivery, approve payment, and maintains necessary records to ensure packages compliant to NGC and Gov’t requirements.

You would be part of a fully integrated team who develops solutions to a variety of problems and opportunities.

A team of planners, procurement agents and subcontract managers who work together to produce the best products on schedule, with high quality at an affordable price.

Ready to start the adventure of a lifetime?Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience in supply chain, contracts, planning and/or business managementExperience working in groupsComfortable briefing all levels of leadershipExperienced with Microsoft Office Suite Previous buying experience.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with a supply chain major.Experience within NGC as a buyer or SCA.Active Secret Security ClearanceSalary Range: 61336 92004Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
