Northrop Grumman’s Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Mobility Service Delivery Analyst.

Supporting Mobility Service Delivery, the selected individual will provide customer service support at all times.

He/she will perform immediate analysis of customer problems and direct the implementation of corrective action to restore function and avoid recurrence.

Participate in the management of supplier contracts, audit activity and billing.

Additional Duties include: Responsible for knowledge management for Mobility services.Interfaces between operational supplier and engineering functions to resolve issues and implement new technologies and upgrades.Participates in MDM management and oversight.Responsible for customer satisfaction improvements and reporting.Monitors progress on problem resolution and initiates feedback to management and the customer.

Performs customer follow-up to verify final resolution and determine satisfaction level.Reviews and develops department systems and procedures to ensure effective problem solving.May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience; 4 years with a Masters (Appropriate combination of experience and education will considered in lieu of the degree)Demonstrated experience and understanding of IT Service Delivery.Proven experience with invoice reconciliation.Proven understanding of mobile devices and services.Demonstrated experience in knowledge management documentation and customer communication.Experience managing projects with mid level complexity and providing briefing material for leadership.Experience troubleshooting customer issue and determining when engineering support is required.
