Our employees are not only part of history, they’re making history.Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking a Capture Management Manager 2 in Northridge, CA.This individual will lead capture-related activities for opportunities across a wide customer base, including the US Navy, US Air Force, US Army, DARPA, and other DoD communities.The successful candidate will work closely with all of Northrop Grumman’s functional organizations including NGDS’ leadership team and other industry and government partners.This position will require up to 25% travel.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.7+ years’ experience with program management, customer management, capture, and/or business development.Knowledge and experience with tactical missile opportunities with the Department of Defense.Knowledge of customer acquisition processes.Current/active and in scope periodic review Secret clearanceAbility to be cleared to Special Access Programs (SAP) is a prerequisite.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).Proven experience with DoD capture and/or business development.Experience leading and managing geographically dispersed teams.Experience in program planning, budget development and execution, workforce planning, risk management, and the implementation of project processes and controls.Current user and acquisition customer relationships.Current/active TS/SCI security clearance.Salary Range: 140536 210804Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
