The successful candidate will be collaborative, open, transparent, and team-oriented with a focus on team empowerment & shared responsibility, flexibility, continuous learning, and a culture of automation.What You’ll get to Do:Under minimum supervision, perform analog circuit design and analysis to support development of new product.

Design tasks include system level requirements analysis, subsystem level requirements development, conceptual design, preliminary design, and detailed design through design verification and characterization.

Analysis tasks include circuit modeling, simulation and analysis as well as signal and power integrity analyses on PCB design.This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed belowThis requisition may be filled at either a base Level or a Principal Level.Basic Qualifications for an Analog Design Engineer: 2 years of Engineering experience with a Bachelors of Science in a STEM discipline; 0 years of Engineering experience with Masters; Prior experience in Analog circuit design, modeling and simulation Experience with schematic capture in Mentor Xpedition, Cadence, or Altium Designer Experience with circuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret ClearanceBasic Qualifications for a Principal Analog Design Engineer: 5 years of Engineering experience with a Bachelors of Science in a STEM discipline; 2 years of Engineering experience with Masters; 0 years with a PhD Prior experience in Analog circuit design, modeling and simulation Experience with schematic capture in Mentor Xpedition, Cadence, or Altium Designer Experience with circuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting Ability to o btain/maintain a DoD Secret ClearancePreferred Qualifications: Experience with Printed Circuit Board design using Mentor Xpedition Designer and AMS Experience with HyperLynx Signal and Power Integrity analyses PSpice circuit design analyses Experience Design verification and test MSEE with emphasis in Analog Circuit Design Active Secret ClearanceWhat We Can Offer You:Northrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company.
