What All In One Accounting is excited to be hiring both full and part-time Non-Profit CFOs to be “fractional” corporate officers for multiple small organization.
As a CFO with All In One Accounting you will oversee the finance, payroll and other operational areas working alongside a Controller and Accountant(s) from our team.
Ultimately, you are responsible for managing the financial risks for your small business or non-profit clients.
Wearing multiple hats and saying “yes” to a variety of challenges are the table stakes.
Your specific responsibilities will be to: Develop a system to account for financial transactions by establishing and maintaining a chart of accounts.
Define bookkeeping policies and procedures for clients.
Balance general ledger by preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
Oversee accounts payable process including client’s check runs.
Oversee preparation of client invoices, review accounts receivable to identify collection issues.
Oversee recording of cash receipts and make bank deposits.
Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank and credit card account.
Conduct monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts to ensure their accuracy.
Make necessary month end closing entries.
Additional responsibilities include: Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and other schedules as requested by clients.
Maintain annual budget, calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to clients.
Process client payroll and ensure proper entry in general ledger.
Manage multiple client relationships Be a proactive liaison with the client’s tax CPA, banker, attorney, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by clients or other team members.
Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
The successful candidate will have: Proven leadership experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
CPA is a big bonus but not necessary.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
Hands-on working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
Love to approach work and life with positive energy and enthusiasm.
Enjoyment of handling multiple clients, fostering strong relationships and processing large amounts of information.
