Two of a Kind Rentals has been providing furniture and decor rentals to event professionals since 2014.
First born in NYC, the company recently relocated to SoCal in 2021 and now serves Los Angeles and Orange County.
We’re seeking a Part Time, sales focused New Business Lead.
This position will take two full days per week.
Our hope is that after a few months this will lead to a full time position if this person desires to take on more days.
The New Business Lead should have 4+ years of sales experience, either within the event industry or a similar industry.
They will represent our brand when meeting with clients such as venue managers, event planners, florists, set designers, and more.
Tasks will include:
Target appropriate clients for Two of a Kind and work to foster new business relationships.
Setup and oversee vendor in-person meetings with new vendors.
Drive to their office for a meeting or invite vendor to our showroom for a walk-through.
Follow-up by email/phone call post meetings to build relationships with clients.
Attend a monthly sales meetings in addition to 1 or 2 networking events each month.
This person can work from home when not meeting with clients, or work from our Compton, CA office.
Salary/commission will be based on experience.
