The right candidate would assist in the day-to-day oversight and administration of the NetSuite application, building cross-team relationships with stakeholders from our Accounting, Finance and Business Process Operations teams.
In addition to provisioning and security responsibilities, the role will be responsible for all configuration tasks and interfacing with our NetSuite Managed Service Provider.(br((br((strong(Responsibilities(br((/strong((ul((li(Acting as a point of contact for NetSuite.(/li((li(Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance.(/li((li(Monitoring end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, performing daily administrative and support tasks, and maintaining and dating system documentation.(/li((li(Assisting in customization of Scripts, Workflows, Forms, Fields, Online forms, and Custom Records.(/li((li(Management of the system configuration, including design and data migration decisions.(/li((li(Management of User Acceptance testing tasks.(/li((li(Helping with access provisioning.(br((/li((/ul((strong(Requirements(br((/strong((ul((li(2 years in a NetSuite Administration Role and/or Certification.(/li((li(Experience utilizing a ticketing system to respond to and track requests and issues through resolution and delivery.(/li((li(Understanding of NetSuite integration to multiple systems and the ability to support and monitor said integration.(/li((li(Ability to understand and identify customer requirements and development of systems that support NetSuite productivity improvements and enforce corporate policies and procedures.(/li((li(Exposure to other Accounting, CRM and Marketing business practices.(/li((li(Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment.(/li((li(Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.(/li((li(Excellent customer service skills; ability to form relationships both externally and internally.(br((/li((/ul((strong(Benefits(br((br((/strong(At Fluent, we like what we do and we like who we do it with.
