We are looking to kick start our new year with our Spring Marketing Internship. We are looking for individuals with a passion for marketing, promotions and advertising to assist us with our New Year event drive as a Marketing Intern.
During this internship, we want to help coach, develop, and train individuals in what they need to become the best versions of themselves.
This position is open to students, interns, graduates, and anyone looking to gain hands-on experience working in a small business environment. You will help you acquire events, marketing and sales skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and should be prepared to enter any fast paced work environment.

Internship Responsibilities

Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and success of our events

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through our excellent sales service

Generating sales leads and attract new customers at our events

Preparing and delivering promotional presentations
-
Communicating directly with customers and encourage trusting relationships

Upselling our products and services
-
Completing sales transactions as needed
In addition to learning transferable industry-specific skills, everyone that works with us is encouraged to expand their comfort zones when it comes to decision making, leadership, and public speaking.
Compensation: $2500 – $2835 Per month including base pay, commissions and bonuses.
Basic Requirements for the Marketing Internship:

Candidates must be able to commute to Santa Ana, CA 92703 for work

A degree in any related field is not required, however it will not go unnoticed

Applicants must be over the age of 18
