TDW+Co has one immediate opening for an Executive Assistant.

This position reports to the Founder/Principal and requires work during PST operating hours.

This role is temporarily remote during the pandemic and will eventually be Los Angeles based.

The job is a full-time position.

The Executive Assistant handles clerical tasks and prioritizes correspondence, allowing the Founder/Principal to focus on decision-making and high-level responsibilities.

Requirements: * 2+ years in an executive assistant capacity to C-suite leader* Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; good listener* Service-oriented, highly adaptable with proven ability to succeed in a demanding, fast-paced environment* Discretion in handling confidential material, and high level of comfort liaising and interacting with senior executives and other stakeholders* Ability to prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with focus on accuracy and attention to detail* Good judgment, tact and initiative to make independent decisions when necessary* Resourceful and able to maintain grace under pressure* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and tele-conferencing software and technology products* Understanding of and experience with financial processes such as, Accounts Payable and the month end close process* Ability to travel (once restrictions lift) and work on weekends if necessary* Bachelor’s degree Your job would include: * Manage short-term and long-term schedules; prepare Founder/Principal for meetings; pre
– review meeting materials for quality* Be versed in dealing and interacting with senior executives, political leaders, Board Directors, and other key stakeholders* Respond to inquiries; oversee incoming communications, and when appropriate take action on the Founder/Principal’s behalf* Maintain and manage an extensive calendar for business and other appointments, make reservations as needed* Screen heavy volume of incoming telephone calls, e-mails and other correspondence* Arrange complex personal and business travel arrangements and all logistics related there to, make and verify travel arrangements for airline, hotel, etc.* Responsible for managing and maintaining the office of the Founder/Principal annual budget* Process expense reports* Perform day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to, managing detailed business and personal calendars, meetings and logistics; handling phones; preparing materials; and setting up department activities* Ensure Founder/Principal is prepared for and attends all meetings on time, organizing appropriate staff work such as read-ahead material, talking points and other relevant material* Post appropriate agendas and read-aheads to ensure meetings are efficiently managed* Perform research related to executive travel briefings, events planning and other matters at the direction of the Founder/Principal, as well as manage special projects and special events* Maintain accurate databases electronically to include address books, files and contacts Personal Attributes: * True team player.
