nn nn nn nn You: As an Account Coordinator, you have a passion for diversity and thrive in the fast-growing ad agency environment, with some agency experience under your belt.
You also like to work hard and don’t mind putting in some extra hours if needed to get the job done.

· At least two years’ advertising agency account/project management or relevant professional experiencenn nn
· Demonstrated knowledge for Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) nn nn
· Strong communication skills

· A bachelor’s degree nn nn
· Authorization to work in the U.S.

· Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client communications and correspondence.

· Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls.

· Performing competitive market research, analysis, and recommendations nn nn
· Planning, coordinating, and executing events and campaigns nn nn
· Recruiting and managing event subcontractors and third-party vendors nn nn
· Supporting accounts and campaigns, including budget, research and analysis, strategy, decks and reports, and execution, with direction from account leads nn nn
· Supporting the Accounts team administratively, with willingness to do what it takes to support the campaign nn nn
· Collaborating with all departments including Accounts, Creative, and Media to fulfill and execute campaign tactics, deliverables, and deadlines, with a spirt of proactiveness nn nn
