Proficient in Word and Excel.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure development team and internal/external customers are aware of issues that will impact project completion.Develop accurate project plans and budgets for Site Development Services by evaluating customer needs / expectations, pricing, and internal resourcing.Coordination and oversight of preconstruction site development services, from site identification through zoning approval for multiple sites and multiple customer projects, ensuring that all preconstruction activities, including, but not limited to, file reviews, application entry, application processing, due diligence, structural analysis, regulatory (including required reporting), zoning /permitting (entitlements) and Leases are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate and communicate activities with team members and other departments as needed.Lead internal deployment meetings with other managers and team members to review the status of each job and implement changes as necessary to ensure timely project completion.Attend customer deployment meetings to provide customer with comprehensive job status reports and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.Ensure accurate and complete files are maintained for projects and appropriate documents are distributed in a timely manner in accordance with CES/Prescott Communications and customer standards.

Manage the deliverables and ensure quality control.Ensure that all jobs are maintained in a project tracking system with complete accuracy.Ensure all documentation related to approvals, modifications, collocations and construction of towers (e.G., structural analysis, lease, title, applicable permits, soil samples, regulatory approvals or others as required) are maintained in accordance with CES/Prescott Communications policies and procedures.Provide training and supervision for the Site Acquisition team and internal functional groups.Education/CertificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferredExperience/Minimum RequirementsThree (3) to five (5) years of real estate site acquistion and zoning experience with wireless or three (3) to five (5) years project management experience in any other industryOther Skills/AbilitiesAdvanced knowledge of telecommunications/wireless project management, and asset managementAdvanced knowledge of site acquisition procedures, including regulatory and permitting process.Thorough knowledge of applicable planning, zoning codes, building codes, Public Works and regulations affecting site development.Familiar with requirements for zoning applications and supporting documentation including presentations for neighborhood or public hearings as required by local jurisdictions or as requested by respective property owners.Ability to read and understand A& E drawingsAbility to direct the diagnosis of work flow problems, critical paths and institute remediesAbility to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies to financial issuesCustomer service orientation with a strong problem solving approach” MEG” is an Equal Opportunity EmployerMotive Energy Group provides equal opportunity to all employees on the basis of individual qualification without regard to race, sex, religion, color, age, national origin, physical and mental disability, genetic information and history, sexual orientation, or other category protected by state or federal law.
