– Manage up to 30 in pipeline and expected to fund up to 25 in monthlyReview employment profile, credit strength, property characteristics, and all other loan related information prior to submission to UnderwritingGather, organize and track loan documentationUpdate the Loan Origination System throughout loan processing ensuring all information is accurate and completeWork with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, appraisers, title and settlement agents to complete processing.Resolve customer service issuesVerify customer occupancy documentation and resolve routine title issues including vesting issues and various liensSatisfy required conditions as necessary on any conditions assigned by UnderwriterResponsible for requesting and completing any COC as required.Execute closing actions to ensure a timely and effective closing processPerforms other related duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalent, requiredThree years of current processing experience within the Mortgage Lending industry with demonstrated knowledge of Agency, FHA and VA, and Purchase loansTRID knowledgeComputer literate with the ability to learn new software applications
– Encompass proficiency preferredThorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements for both conventional and government.Understands the loan flow process from application to closing including file structure and loan documentation requirementsProfessional verbal and written communication skills plus proper telephone protocolVisibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsAbility to meet deadlines consistentlyAbility to work in a fast pace environment while under pressureExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skillsPossess strong analytical skills and organization skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00
