What You Will Be Doing
Document all communication with applicants and internal personnel on any issues, concerns, or discrepancies in a conversation log Verify that all loan application documentation has been received Follow up on requests that were sent to the third parties for personal and financial verifications Verify income ratios, loan values, reserves, and credit history meet loan requirements Review returned verification information for discrepancies and updates system Complete loan submission sheets and pre-underwrites files for any additional items that may be required to complete the loan closing process
What You Need for this Position
At least 2 Years’ experience working with conventional and FHA loans (VA and USDA a plus) Experience working with Encompass
