You are:
A seasoned loan officer.
You have at least one year of experience and a solid background with conventional, non-conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans.
Client-focused.
You look for ways to go the extra mile and love to help clients achieve their dream of home ownership.

You are excited about the opportunity to work hard, grow your compensation, and find better ways to serve our clients.
A perfectionist.
You treat each application like your own and have a strong commitment to getting each detail right.

You’re excited about the chance to build and manage your own sales team within about a year.

You quickly learn how to use new digital systems and feel comfortable completing most of the loan process online.
