Coordinates and schedules closings with members, title companies, and interested parties.
Verifies that all underwriting conditions have been satisfied.
Ensures that the proper product and loan terms are correct.
Verifies and records actual closing cost and prepaid charge information.
Ensures that all title conditions have been met and cleared at closing.
Sends out the documents to the title company in a timely manner.
Prepares the members for closing.
Prepares funding sheets for disbursement.
Ensures that all pre-closing conditions have been met and all required closing documents have been sent to closing.
