As the Mobile User Acquisition Specialist, you will execute UA campaigns across a handful of ad network and DSP partners to support user and revenue growth across the EA mobile portfolio.

You will report into the Ad Net / DSP Senior Manager on the User Acquisition team.

Responsibilities
Manage user acquisition campaigns with mobile ad network and DSP partners
Lead optimization efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel for UA-supported apps in mobile portfolio
Develop new relationships with advertising partners to test new traffic sources
Help onboard new partners through legal, privacy, security, and finance requirements
Improve the growth marketing ecosystem at EA with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing
Requirements
You have 2+ years of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing
You have experience optimizing campaigns to business metrics (ROAS, LTV, etc)
You have a track record of seeking, proposing, testing new advertising channels / partners / formats
You have experience working with mobile ad network & DSP partners like AppLovin, Moloco, Liftoff, ironSource, and Unity Ads
You have a BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent
You have experience in the mobile free-to-play gaming vertical
You're an excel wiz
Working knowledge and familiarity with coding languages like SQL, Python, HTML is a plus
