Forrest Solutions Group, a leader in onsite outsourcing has an immediate need for a Mobile Associatespecializing in Reprographics.. Previous experience working in a client facing position is required. Our ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and deliver an excellent customer service experience to clients and guests alike. This is a full-time position from Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm.
The Mobile Associate will provide support in operating high speed business photocopiers, scanners, and bindery/finishing equipment. Also in charge of maintaining a fleet of roughly 100 Canon and Xerox MFDs. Responsible for clearing simple jams, paper deliveries, toner replacement, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prior experience with high volume scanning & Xerox V80 preferred
- Provide quality reproduction of all materials submitted by customer, including binding, hole punching, and stapling and non-technical maintenance of copiers.
- Provide copy and imaging services as requested by customer including electronic endorsement, PDF to Native and Native to PDF or TIFF
- Perform quality control checks on all output such as, images, files, and blowbacks.
- Provide quality reproduction of CD/DVD as requested by customer and/or part of an imaging request.
- Troubleshoot jams and perform normal Key Operator preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Maintain records and logs of equipment usage and recommended technical direction
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Experience with various hardware platforms including PC’s, servers, scanners, printers, and MFD’s.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Maintain confidentiality and security of any client information
