The Mergers & Acquisition attorneys at Baker McKenzie collaborate across borders and practice groups, bringing the right substantive knowledge and experience to anticipate and resolve issues in all involved jurisdictions, and offering a one-stop shop for their clients’ deal and transaction related needs. Baker & McKenzie LLP seeks a Corporate Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York or California. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. They will also have significant M&A transactional work experience (drafting, due diligence, etc.) and managing the work of junior level Associates on deals. Qualified candidates will have the ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members.
