Job Summary : Drives the development of product definition and solution plans to optimize the company’s products and solutions portfolio.
Applies broad knowledge of company’s product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/solution opportunities.
Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to expand market share.
Evaluates in-depth market analysis and leads business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products.
Collaborates with Global Markets and Application Development to create products and validate early product definitions.
Job Responsibilities: Drives innovation, establishes and manages pricing, performs build vs.
buy analysis.
Identifies key market problems for ACI to address.
Manages the collection, definition, synthesis, justification, prioritization, scoping and commitment of market, business, functional and non-functional requirements.
Understands and continually improves customer satisfaction for respective product line.
Develops a set of actions to improve product loyalty and drive changes into the product.
Continually improves employee engagement through acquisition, retention, mentoring and development of key human resources.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Understand, Adhere and Enforce all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
7 years of Product Management experience.
