AAA Oregon/Idaho is currently seeking a joyful customer-service minded individual to join our team in Medford, OR The Member Service Associate greets AAA members and assist with a variety of services in the travel store including sales, cashiering, merchandising, membership, and financial services.
The role is responsible for supporting and promote insurance and travel agents by actively pursuing all opportunities to create new and serve existing members by promoting the diverse variety of products and services of AAA.
Desired qualities: High school education or equivalent.
Previous customer service or cashiering experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Cashiering experience preferred.
Basic computer skills and knowledge required.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
