Job Description:

Artisan Creative is looking for a Meeting Planning Coordinator to join the team of our enterprise-level financial client.

This freelance role is for eight months.

While this role is currently remote, the client is accepting applications from Southern California residents at this time.

In this role, you will be managing the client’s meeting planning activities, coordinating all of their meeting-related details.

You will also collaborate with various groups to serve as the meeting coordinator, maintaining the team calendar and supporting the team with complex calendaring. 

As the ideal candidate, you have three years of corporate meeting planning or related hospitality experience, with proficiency in programs including Microsoft Office, WebEx, Zoom, and Cvent.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in corporate meeting planning or related hospitality fields Proficiency in programs including Microsoft Office, WebEx, Zoom, and Cvent Strong production coordination skills including maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, problem-solving., and escalating issues as appropriate SUBMIT
