What you will do:
As the Minimum Data Set Coordinator (MDS Coordinator), you will conduct and coordinate the development, completion and transmission of the resident assessment in accordance with the requirements of this state and policies and goals of this facility.
Must haves:
- 2-4 years’ of MDS experience
- Nursing degree from accredited college
- Current and unencumbered RN or LVN license in the state
- Knowledge of clinical standards of practice, regulations and reimbursement governing long term care and Medicare participation
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- Experience with PDPM
Would be great:
- Experience providing care to multiple residents
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in skilled nursing environment

Compensation for roles at Windsor Gardens Convalescent Hospital of Los Angeles varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by state or local law, Windsor Gardens Convalescent Hospital of Los Angeles provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Windsor Gardens Convalescent Hospital of Los Angeles reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:
Pay Range (LVN): $38 – $41.84 per hour DOE
Pay Range (RN): $50 – $55.05 per hour DOE
