MDM Analyst

Responsibilities Define business capabilities needed to support objectives and the product roadmap to deliver and support those capabilities in the Client Data Management Platform. Coordinate product tool and selection leveraging evaluation framework Able to work across business and IT, and can articulate business requirements for IT partners Provide subject matter expertise for Master Data Managements functions and capabilities to lines of business Advise and enforce technical resources on data standards and monitors technical designs to recommend best practices to recommend best practices to support metadata and data quality Supports the CDM Product Owner with subject matter expertise in standards development and recommends technical standards Works closely with the Data Steward and Data Owners to apply technical (product) capabilities to solve business problems and data issues Responsible for user acceptance testing of IT changes, upgrade patches, data enrichment, etc. Actively engage in configuration options including business rules Analyze incoming and existing data sources to help facilitate project requirements and data quality rules. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Management with strong emphasis and experience working with Master Data Management (MDM) Knowledge of Informatica Hub, IDQ, IDD, hierarchy management, workflow, rule engine or similar tools and principles Working knowledge of general data management practices, including but not limited to Data management standards and approaches, Data quality management (validation, data profiling, etc.), Data governance practices, including data governance program lifecycles, Data stewardship practices, and Data sourcing practices. Hands on experience in developing and implementing data quality rules IDQ or other data quality tool Excellent SQL query skills and understand of relational databases. Knowledge and understanding of R and Python. Expertise with reportingdata visualization tools such as Tableau, SSRS Demonstrates ability to quickly understand new concepts, processes and technology tools Demonstrates ability to lead and manage large projects across multiple teams or groups Knowledge of Salesforce Formal Training and Working experience AIML is a plus Bachelorrsquos Degree required.
