Working Days/Hours: Varied with start times from 7am or 2pm
Dress Code: Working in the warehouse distribution so scrubs or cargo pants and Polo shirts

Medical Supply experience is nice to have but not a requirement for this assignment. Need help supplying Nursing units with medical supplies

1. Bloodwork (Titers) to show they are immune to MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella), Varicella (Chickenpox) & Hepatitis B.

2. TB Test(yearly)
o Date test was done
o Must have been read within 24 to 48 hours of the test
o Results must have millimeters of induration
o In case of positive TB history, must present chest xray results.
3. Influenza for Current Flu Season Flu shot is ONLY good for the season which is Oct-March. March 31 is the last day that they need Flu Shot. If they start on April 1 they don’t need the vaccine until this next fall. It is recommended for Workers to wait and get the vaccine AFTER Sept 1st.
4. Drug Screen – 10 panel – Must be taken within 72 hours or offer is rescinded
