MASTER DATA ADMINISTRATOR
About the company: Our client is a publicly held construction company, a leader in civil and building construction offering diversified general contracting.
The Master Data Administrator will be responsible for ERP system master data management including data maintenance for Vendor and Customer data as well as setting configurations for new Jobs in JDE.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for all activities related to customer, vendor and project/job master data within TPC’s ERP system, JD Edwards.
- Timely and accurate entry and processing of data for new customer, vendor and project/job set-up.
- Develop and maintain documentation to comply with internal requirements and standards, including work instructions and procedures for master data maintenance activities.
- Identity and resolve requests/tickets as well as non-compliance/data integrity issues in a timely manner.
- Effectively organize and prioritize work.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
- Positive and professional attitude, with a customer service orientation.
- Experience working with high volume, detailed data in high accuracy environment.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of working with MS Office suite including Outlook and Excel.
- Highly organized and detailed oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and in writing.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements while maintaining consistent and reliable master data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor degree in a business, accounting or business oriented information technology related field or study or equivalent work experience.
- 3-4 years of finance or data management related experience.
- Experience with JDE or master data management systems.
- Construction industry experience.
- Expertise in Excel.
Salary Range for Master Data Administrator role: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
