Market Analyst

Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Market Analyst to join our Aerospace, Defense & Intelligence (AD&I) team. The analyst will develop expertise in DoD, commercial aerospace, and intelligence community procurements of IT and engineering consulting services and support the market team across the opportunity lifecycle. The analyst will have the opportunity to apply and grow an entrepreneurial skillset, engage with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to solving the national security community’s most pressing technological challenges.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a background or interest in business development, national security, or IT services consulting, and a desire to rapidly develop further expertise in the industry. Capgemini Government Solutions is a fast-growing consulting firm headquartered in McLean, Virginia with ambitious growth plans, and the AD&I team is looking to build on recent major successes.

As a Market Analyst, you will:

  • Use publicly available information and subscription data sources to identify new opportunities and provide market research throughout their lifecycle.
  • Identify and coordinate outreach with prospective customers and teaming partners.
  • Assist with coordinating and contributing content to responses to government Sources Sought and solicitation documents.
  • Provide general and ad-hoc research support to the market team.
  • Help craft responses to government requests for information and requests for proposal.
  • Attend industry events and network with key DoD information technology stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing or completed their Master’s degree prior to start
  • 2-4 year of experience preferably in research related role
  • Located in EST or CST time zone
