Adecco in partnership with Herman Miller is now hiring for a Server at Marigold Lodge.
This is a long-term and on-call position in Holland, MI.
As a Server you’ll assist with serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Herman Miller’s beautiful and historic Marigold Lodge.
This position requires flexibility and the ability to work on short notice.
Responsibilities for this On-Call Server position include: Greet and serve quest for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Provide friendly and attentive service while meeting high quality food service to guest.
Recording orders accurately, refill drinks, and pass out food correctly.
Adhere to and practice all food safety and sanitation standards of dining rooms, kitchen, and removal of dishes.
Assist with additional food services at various locations, including events and receptions.
Skills required: Detailed orientation and the ability to multitask.
Teamwork work mentality with a positive attitude; people oriented.
Ability to work and adapt in a fast pace environment with a sense of urgency Must be able to perform all essential functions of the positions with or without accommodations.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and twist daily.
Lifting to 40lbs.
could be required at times.
Dining experience is preferred but not required Dependable and flexible schedule is a must.
