Job Responsibilities
- Manage the firm’s overall operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of legal services and client satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor associates and staff, fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Maintain and expand your personal book of business, while developing new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships.
- Collaborate with the firm’s leadership team to shape and implement the firm’s strategic vision for the future.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in areas such as Business Transactions, Commercial Disputes, Elder Law, Employment Law, Insurance Law, Real Estate, and more.
- Experience managing a firm or team, or the readiness to step into a leadership role.
- A well-established book of business is highly preferred.
- Attorneys from sole proprietorships looking for the support and infrastructure of an established firm would be a great fit.
