If so, ActOne Legal Staffing is currently assisting a premier applicant side workers’ compensation law firm looking to add a skilled employment law attorney to its team.
This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned employment attorney with a strong sense of responsibility to take on a lead role.
The firm is counting on what they describe to be a “Five Star” attorney to step into this amazing role.
Ideal candidate will head and manage the firm’s employment law department.
All candidates need to have at least 10 years of “hands on” experience litigating all types of employment claims, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment; class actions and wage and hour matters.
All candidates must be able to handle all aspects of employment claims, from evaluating potential cases all the way through trying the case.
The firm is urgently seeking to hire a skilled, tireless, visionary that is looking for long-term employment and to establish themselves as the leader and subject matter expert in their field.
Qualifications: 10 years of employment law experience First “first chair” trial experience is a must.
Ability to efficiently evaluate and retain good employment cases Ability to effectively litigate all types of employment cases, including fact investigation and analysis, taking and defending depositions, written discovery, and law and motion practice.
Ability to strategize regarding marketing, personnel, and other business-related decisions Excellent client management skills Previous Management Experience in a similar role is required Great benefits.
