WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
3 to 6 years leading or participating in business or technology projects, preferably in a client facing consulting environment
Ability to manage complex projects, conduct business analysis efforts and process improvement activities
Ability to follow a structured project management approach (Agile, SDLC methodologies, PMO experience, etc.)
Ideally worked across any of the following industries (Financial Services, Media & Communications, Healthcare, Energy and Retail/CPG) or functional areas
Ideally has experience or interest in any of the following areas – Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG),
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
