Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a 2nd shift Mailroom Processor in the Los Angeles area (near Glendale).  These are immediate, temp to hire positions for the right candidates. If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!
Responsibilities for this LockBox Clerk position include, but are not limited to:

  • Under general supervision, the position will be responsible for following established policies and procedures, processing lockbox payments, verifying data on payments and accompanying documents, collating, and mailing.
  • This position requires that all payments be accounted for on the day they are received.
  • Processes and deposit checks and invoices received by mail.
  • Reviews checks/invoices for special instructions given by customers and determine the appropriate handling.
  • Sorts mail, processes accounts, and prepares deposit tickets
  • Prepares information for input into the reporting system
  • Shift:

  • Must be available for 2 nd shift including weekends/day offs will be weekdays.
  • To be considered for this LockBox Clerk position, you should:

  • Have a High School certificate or equivalent
  • Have strong 10 key skills
  • Have strong accuracy with strong attention to detail and focus on quality
