The Mail Distribution Specialist performs tasks related to mail, scanning, filing, data entry, requests from the adjusting staff, technical staff and outside vendors.
Additional duties may include traveling to deliver and pick up mail, processing checks, and other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities Process and distribute checks.
Deliver and pick up mail Open, date stamp, scan, index, & file incoming mail Process outgoing letters Monitor the email system and AS400 via proper procedure.
Qualifications & Skills: Basic reading, writing and mathematics skills.
Computer literate with the ability to learn software applications.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds Must have a valid drivers license Years of Experience Requirements None Education Requirements A high school diploma or general equivalency degree G.E.D.
WORKING CONDITIONS: Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Dress is business casual.
