Mail Handler performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Verifies materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations. Prepares items for shipment ensuring cost effective courier services.

GENERAL DUTIES

● Receive and properly distribute/process all packages delivered by various transportation couriers

● Keep records of sent parcels

● May require additional administrative duties to be performed as needed.

COMPENSATION

● At least $2,900/month, plus overtime and bonuses

WORKING CONDITIONS AND HOURS

● Supervisory Responsibilities – None

● Works under general supervision of the Office Coordinator

● Overtime may be occasionally required

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES

● High School Diploma or equivalent

● Strong attention to detail with emphasis on quality

● Ability to meet and exceed daily deadlines

● Highly organized and efficient with time

● Effective verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff

● Able to working independently and get the job done

● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

● Computer with internet access.
