As a highly regarded healthcare organization, we have an urgent need for 2Part Time LVNs in the West LA area! These roles will be part-time to support Peds after hours clinic.
- Full COVID vaccination required! Pay: $37 – $41.50/hr depending on experience Clinic hours: 4pm
- 8pm on Monday
- Friday and from 8:30am
- 5pm on Saturdays & Sundays
- 32- 34 per week LVN Job Duties:
- Working with children and asking questions about their health for diagnosis and documenting patients’ symptoms and medical history for the doctor.
- Administering Immunizations
- Assessing a child’s needs and providing initial care.
- Identifying changes in children’s symptoms and intervening in emergency situations.
- Monitoring temperature, pulse, breathing, and blood pressure and keeping accurate records.
- Dealing with the anxieties and demands of parents, and helping families to deal with their child’s illness or injury. Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year LVN experience is required
- Valid LVN license is required
- Pediatrics experience is highly preferred or a desire to work with children
- EPIC/ Health connect experience is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
