Job Requirements:
We are currently looking for an LVN Shift Care Floater for our Home Health patients located in Los Angeles County starting at $30/hour. The needs for this position is listed below:
As an LVN you will be working 1:1 in the patient’s home; under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, (RN). Responsibilities include providing treatment and medication, safety supervision, documenting assessments, interventions, communicating changes in the patient’s condition to the physician and RN for support.
Requirements:
- Have a current and valid Vocational Nurse License (LVN) from the State of California
- You must have ONE YEAR OF PAID EXPERIENCE with LVN nursing license
- Experience working with patients who have G-tubes, trachs, and vents
- Current TB test, CPR Certification, and physical (within the last six months)
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
