Description LPN LVN Multi-Specialty Clinic at Providence Facey Medical Foundation Provides direct, professional nursing care to patients who present urgent, emergency or potential health problems utilizing basic nursing principles.

Serves as a role model for Medical Assistants by providing leadership, which fosters positive attitudes and change, as well as supports management policies and procedures.

Helps train and acts as a resource for Medical Assistants.

Required qualifications: Graduate of an accredited LVN school of nursing.

2 years current medical office experience, with references.

California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.

California Intravenous Therapy and Blood Withdrawal Certified California Board of Vocational Nursing & Psychiatric Techniciansupon hire.

National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.

About the Team Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
