Localization Coordinator

Media.Monks is looking for a Localization Coordinator who will join our account team based in San Francisco to manage the localization of our digital marketing assets for one of our large clients.

The ideal candidate is a go-getter who is enthusiastic, organized, and is a master at driving stakeholders to meet deadlines.

You understand project timelines and cheer teams to the finish line.

This is a fast-paced work environment, so attentiveness and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease are a must.

You’re able to stay humble while showing off your creative thinking, and will help us maintain an environment that encourages expression, inclusivity, and collaboration. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the development of localized marketing assets by managing creative approvals with local stakeholders around the globe
  • Serve as primary point of contact with local stakeholders to streamline communication and drive projects forward
  • Liaise with external agencies for support on creative approvals 
  • Build and manage project sheets for teams to collaborate on
  • Track required delivery dates of campaign components against project timelines
  • Monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met, proactively flag issues that may jeopardize timelines

Your experience will include:

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time, while staying focused and organized
  • Skilled in patience and persistence
  • Good communication and timekeeping skills 
  • Good knowledge of the G Suite 
  • Familiarity with different file formats 
  • Organized and efficient
  • Experience in content localization, production, mastering and distribution a HUGE PLUS!!!
