Job Summary
Represent Action Property Management and the Association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors in the motor court or at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
Politely welcome people who may drive or walk up to the motor court and front door by introducing themselves to those that they are unfamiliar with, or welcoming those with whom they are familiar by name.
Be familiar with the parking structure and where resident and visitor vehicles are to be parked, be familiar with which vehicle belongs to each resident, and where their keys are hung in the lockboxes.
Valet park all resident, guest, and visitor vehicles that enter the building in the appropriate spaces.
Perform package check-in and delivery and bell service as needed, including assisting people with the removal of personal items such as luggage, groceries, packages, etc.
from vehicles for transport to their respective unit(s).
Schedule: From10:30 pm to 7:00 am, must be available weekends.
Compensation: $17.00
– $20.00 per hour
Requirements
Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
At least 6 months of customer service experience.
Hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience is highly desired.
At least 1 year of Valet experience.
Must have a Valid Driver License
Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
Proactive customer service approach
Must be cross-trained in a concierge role.
Must have the ability to safely drive a motor vehicle, including those with a manual transmission
