Duties/Responsibilities: Collects payments on early-stage accounts (1 and 2 months past due) through problems resolution.
Make payment arrangements, take phone payments and set up repayment plans.
Also, responsible for offering and discussing Loss Mitigation and COVID Forbearances options.
Knowledge/Skill Requirement: Collections or Customer Service experience, candidates must have a good working knowledge of FHA/Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/VA/USDA default servicing guidelines.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and analytical skills along with experience using MSP Servicing System.
