Represents the manager/team to internal clients consistent with the CNB culture of relationship management.
Assists in keeping manager/team informed with reports, agendas, meetings, and other aspects as needed.
Supports the unit in REACT processing including the evaluation of incoming client documentation, on-going tracking and data input, printing and scanning of documents and filing of the same.
May also assist the small business team in performing quality control callbacks, processing of ACH line requests and renewals, interacting with Private Bankers on documentation requirements and the filing of documentation.
May also assist with general office logistics associated with the conference or meeting rooms, mail, supplies, pc’s, follow through for new hires or other colleague support issues.
This person often is also involved in special projects that may be repetitive or one-time, which support the team, division, or CNB.(br((br((strong(Private Banking Division(/strong((br(As a member of City National’s Private Banking group, you will help deliver tailored financial solutions to high

Input various pieces of information to computer system via terminal entry according to established procedures.(/li((li(Monitor department REACT mail box for incoming mail.
Respond to same in accordance with procedures including evaluation of the request, comparison to REACT database, data entry as required and correspondent filing either electronically or via paper.
Contact bank personnel to request information/documentation as required.
Perform post loan review processing and enters data accordingly into the REACT system in accordance with procedures.(/li((li(Open, sort, date stamp incoming documentation and track on REACT as required.
File in accordance with procedures.
Assist in the maintenance of the file room and archiving of files as required.(/li((li(Support small business team in various functions including filing, quality control call backs, ACH business line processing, handling of 30 to 60 day letters requiring follow-up with Private Bankers and the tracking and movement of documentation with the CLC.(/li((li(Assist in gathering information from various sources (i.e., internal files, computer reports, etc.) and organizing into specified/established format.
Perform various operations (e.g., mathematical calculations, sorting data, etc.) on information gathered from various sources for use by staff members.
Contact customer and/or Bank personnel to request information/documentation as required.(/li((li(Set up and maintain alphabetic, numerical and/or subject filing systems.
Sort and file various documents and maintains records of materials removed from files.
May prepare indexing/cross-referencing aids.
