Loan Processor Analyst

Adecco is currently assisting one of our clients near Sherman Oaks looking for a Loan Processor/Analyst with experience in the entire loan process. This includes receiving the initial loan application, taking it through the underwriting process, and finally making sure the loan can be a fully funded loan.  This position is temp to hire for the right candidate. Responsibilities for this Loan Processor/Analyst position include, but are not limited to:

  • Interface directly with existing borrowers and their teams, to prepare the application for the initial underwriting review and funding
  • Manage a high-volume loan pipeline, closing loans following compliance requirements and schedules
  • Ensure vendor orders are placed and received within agreed upon SLA
  • Conduct quality control checks of all transactional documents
  • Coordinate resolution of various types of liens with title company and third parties
  • Prepare and submit complete loan files for asset underwriting
  • Interface with multiple internal departments for loan completion
  • Update internal loan processing system
  • Responsible for requesting and reviewing prior to documents, prior to funding and post-closing conditions
  • Responsible for releasing loan documents and coordinating document signing with Notary Public as needed
  • Perform all functions to move loans quickly through the pipeline
  • Maintain and update pipeline status, funding dates, etc. to support pipeline management on a regular basis
  • Assist in the maintenance of an extensive company digital filing system according to internal guidelines and naming conventions

    To be considered for this Loan Processor/Analyst position, you should:

  • Must have high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience working in the real estate related industry preferred
  • Experience in private money lending, underwriting or construction finance a plus
  • Understanding of mortgage underwriting and funding process
  • Real Estate licensing will be provided
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented and organized with ability to multi-task
  • Understanding of the real estate or financial services sector
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with high-powered clients and their teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to work with little supervision and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Adaptability to perform well in a changing, fast-paced work environment
