RESPONSIBLITIES
Process FHA and Conventional loans for assigned Loan Officer(s) within timeframes.
Assist in clearing UW conditions and meeting doc draw and funding and lock dates
Send out condition letters to borrowers promptly
Assist with daily problem-solving and trouble-shooting.
Keep current on FHA and Conventional changes
Assist assigned Loan Officers to grow their business
OWN THE FILE

OTHER SKILLS:
Minimum 3 years of mortgage experience
Motivated and hard working.
Good communication skills and customer service oriented
Very detailed from start to finish of file involvement that leads to successfully insured loans purchased by our investors.
Works well with others and fosters a positive team atmosphere
If you only know how to process Conventional loans, that is okay.
We will train you to process FHA and VA loans.
