Compensation: – Competitive salary range: $65,000 – $250,000 Responsibilities: – Foster and nurture relationships with real estate agents, builders, and industry professionals. – Assess loan applications and determine creditworthiness. – Offer tailored loan solutions based on applicants’ financial circumstances. – Collaborate closely with underwriters to ensure adherence to guidelines. – Provide clear communication regarding loan status and requirements to applicants. – Facilitate smooth loan closings and document signings. – Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes. – Maintain meticulous records of loan applications and approvals. – Deliver exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly. Qualifications: – Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills. – Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office; familiarity with CRM, MLS, DU, and mortgage software preferred. – Preferably 5+ years of experience in a professional office or mortgage environment. – NMLS license or training desired but not required. – Proven track record in a sales position, with earnings exceeding $100,000/year. – Coachable mindset with a strong desire for personal growth. – Thorough understanding of lending practices, regulations, and industry trends. – Expertise in various loan products, interest rates, and terms. – Skilled in evaluating creditworthiness and analyzing financial information. – Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. – Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at maintaining accurate records. – Collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills. – Familiarity with loan underwriting processes and guidelines. – Commitment to adhering to legal and regulatory requirements in lending. – Strong networking abilities to build and nurture relationships within the industry. – Ability to stay updated on market changes and adapt to evolving standards.
