Prequalification Taking complete loan applications Calculate income and running DU Pricing Gathering initial documents from clients Makes sure we have all basics of the file Request loan disclosures Locks Loans Meets with clients Monitors loans through closings Communicates with the processor on the loans Other mortgage responsibilities
