Job Description
  Order and review preliminary title reports Coordinate with escrow, title, and other third-party vendors to meet target funding dates Prepare and submit indemnity packages to Title Coordinate with loan processors, originators, and underwriters to ensure all closing conditions are collected and documented Correspond and coordinate with borrowers to ensure a smooth transaction and an excellent borrower experience Prepare and review loan documents, loan modifications, and lenders instructions Review the files and closing checklists Confirm wiring instructions, and fund loans Update Salesforce to ensure data integrity Provide white glove customer service to our borrowers and fellow team members
  Requirements
  2+ years of loan closing experience Proficiency in the loan process Real Estate license is a plus Experience with Salesforce is a plus Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills  Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills  Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills A team player

  Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
