Whether you are looking for a career or to earn extra cash now, we offer full-time and part-time opportunities that are flexible for your life.*FULL-TIME:*Four 10 hourshifts per week (40 hrs.)*PART-TIME:*Two10 hour or Four 5 hour shifts per week (20 hrs.)*SHIFTS:* * Available Sunday-Saturday * Morning (9:15 AM Start Time) * Noon (12:15 PM Start Time) *Compensation:* * $1280Bi-Weekly * $24/hr OVERTIME RATE * Bonus incentives *Benefits*(available for Full-Time Delivery Associateafter 30 days)*:* * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance *General Responsibilities:* * Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road.
* Follow up on customer requests or problems with solution-oriented approach.
Keepthe customer informed of delivery progress.
* Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and solve obstacles and be capable to troubleshoot data glitches.
* Ensure delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times.
* Assist in training other team members.
* Where appropriate, carry out duties or activitiesat thedelivery station.
* Understand roads and land navigation through GPS, Maps or other available navigation tools.
*Job Requirements (performed with or without reasonable accommodation):* * Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long.
* Ability to work up to 40 hours a week in any and all weather conditions.
* Ability to operate and navigate a 10,000-pound van.
* Ability to effectively operate a GPS.
* Ability to lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 70 pounds each.
* Capable of moving up and down stairs(required depending on customer scenario).
* Able to exit and enter / climb in and out ofa vehicle (Cargo van) around 120 times in a daily shift.
* Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs boxes.
*Basic Job Qualifications:* * Possess a valid driver?s license in the state of residence (required).
* Minimum 1-2 years driving or physical labor experience.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* 21 years of age or older.
* Pass a motor vehicle record check as determined by Advance Carrier Services LLC and its affiliationto be eligible to serve as a driver.
Good Driving Record(No DWI, DUI or more than 3 points on your record).
* Submit to a five-panel drug test administered by a Lab or a third-party vendor.
NO Marijuana (smoked or edible).
* Must be able to work for periods of 10 hours or longer; four consecutive days at the time.
40-hour work weeks.
Overtime is available.
* Must be a USA Citizen or have a valid and Active Working Visa.
*Preferred JobQualifications:* * Prior professional driving experience.
* Excellent attention to detail with a skill set to problem solve independently.
* Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude.
* Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
