Robert Half Legal is seeking a highly-skilled and driven Legal Secretary who is available to start immediately for a potential temp-to-hire position. This Legal Secretary opportunity is located in the DTLA, and parking is provided (however, the position is remote for now!).
The Legal Secretary should have at least five years of experience supporting attorneys and fluent in e-filing with state and federal courts and formatting pleading.
Knowledge of all of the subsequent skills are REQUIRED: eFiling in state courts, drafting discovery shells, TOAs and TOCs, correspondence, and other legal documents. The Legal Secretary must be able to support 3+ attorneys. Any insurance defense experience is helpful!
