Leading law firm with a varied and sophisticated national defense practice is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with Trial experience to join their growing team in their Orange County, or Los Angeles offices. Portables are NOT required. Hybrid work schedule is an option.
Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned cases
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery
Qualifications:
• Trial experience
• 7+ years of litigation experience ideally in Civil Defense or Complex Commercial
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in California State
• Federal Court experience a plus
Base salary range 180k-250k+ Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits Package.
