Litigation Paralegal
Salary & Benefits: $70K to $90K and benefits may include Medical, Dental, etc.

Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire, Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
LHH has partnered with a commercial litigation law firm in Downtown Los Angeles to fill their Litigation Paralegal position. Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with general commercial and/or complex litigation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Trial and pre-trial preparation
- Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Draft and review legal documents
- E-filing in state and federal court
Qualifications:
- All stages of litigation, intake, discovery, trial
- Coordinate trials, arbitrations, mediations
- Experience with e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, Disco, etc. preferred
- 3+ years’ experience as a litigation paralegal
- BA/BS and/or ABA-certified paralegal certificate preferred
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
