The Litigation Paralegal will:
• Support litigation counsel in all stages of litigation.
• Manage the discovery process, including the collection, retention, and production of documents, and assist counsel in drafting discovery responses.
• Draft basic legal documents, including settlement agreements, document retention notices, and response letters.

Job Requirements:
The ideal Paralegal will have 5+ years of litigation experience along with a sold understanding of the court rules in California state court.
